We are currently partnering our client with an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Manager based in Birmingham, to join this large, complex business and make a significant impact. Reporting to the HR Director and managing a team of seven, the position works closely with senior business leaders and the wider People & Culture team to address workforce and skills challenges across the Business, moving strategic initiatives forward and ensuring workforce planning aligns with the companies planning and financial objectives. There will also be a focus on understanding the impact of AI on future workforce needs and establishing these principles.

What we are looking for:

  • You will be an experienced Strategic Workforce Management specialist who is used to working within a large, complex and ideally regulated environment.
  • Technical skills around SWP and analysis, people analytics and insights, and understanding organisational structures and skills.
  • Experience of working at a strategic level and a track record of successfully managing teams.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of workforce transformation and evolution of workforce management.

This role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £110,000 per annum.
