This role will suit someone who is already an HR Business Partner or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up, comfortable operating at pace, influencing senior stakeholders with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Partnering with leaders on performance, capability, organisation, and culture
- Translating business priorities into effective people plans
- Leading workforce planning to ensure the right capability and talent
- Providing commercial HR guidance and challenging decision-making
- Driving core people processes including talent, performance, and reward
- Facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and performance discussions
- Using data and insight to identify trends and improve outcomes
- Supporting leaders with complex people matters

You're likely to be an experienced HR Advisor or equivalent with clear readiness and ambition to step into a Business Partner role. A proven HR Generalist with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Commercially aware with a data-driven approach. Experience within professional services/financial services or similar.
