HR M&A Lead | Flexible: Midlands or Northwest
I’m searching for an experienced HR professional with strong end‑to‑end M&A experience to support a highly acquisitive business. This role offers flexibility and a competitive salary. If you’re an HR M&A specialist or an HR Business Partner with strong M&A experience who enjoys variety, complexity and building senior stakeholder relationships, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
- Lead the people workstream across the full deal cycle — due diligence, Day‑1 readiness, integration, organisation design and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance and Operations; build strong relationships and apply commercial awareness.
Ideal Experience / Qualifications
- Multiple M&A processes of different scales
- Strong TUPE and consultation experience
- Reward/benefits alignment and HRIS/payroll integration exposure
- Ability to work at pace through ambiguity
- Financial services background is beneficial but not essential
