Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions for a period of 6 months.

  • Global Benefits Management: Oversee and manage the benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Benefit Enrolment: Lead the enrolment process for new benefits, ensuring smooth implementation and communication to employees.
  • Policy Development: Develop and update benefits policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
