Job Description

Benefits Specialist – Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 + Bonus Potential

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Contract Type: Fixed Term


We are currently partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Benefits Specialist for a fixed-term opportunity - they are therefore looking to speak with those who are immediately available, or on a shorter notice period. This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative and high-performing HR team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the company’s benefits offering across the EMEA region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide operational support for the administration and delivery of employee benefits across multiple countries within EMEA
  • Act as a point of contact for benefits-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefit processes
  • Maintain and update benefits data in relevant systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Support annual benefits enrolment, audits, and reporting activities
  • Assist in the implementation of new benefit programs and process improvements

  • Previous experience in a benefits or HR operations role, ideally within a global or regional remit
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and compliance
