Job Summary:

The International Benefits Advisor will play a critical role in managing and optimizing global employee benefits programs across 21 countries. This role involves collaborating with brokers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless renewals, system integrations, and ongoing support for employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits regulations, data reporting tools, and HR systems while driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Renewals:

• Provide hands-on support for benefits renewals, particularly around the January cycle.
• Liaise with brokers and internal stakeholders, including Payroll, COE, and Manila team, to ensure smooth execution.

Projects:

• Support initiatives such as mortgage and pension surgeries to enhance employee financial well-being.
• Assist in the development and rollout of local benefit offerings and improvements.

Systems & Reporting:

• Support Workday migration, including job code structures and article creation.
• Understand data/reporting flows through Benefex and Power BI to optimize benefits tracking and insights.

Documentation:

• Streamline processes for transient employees and improve existing benefits documentation to enhance clarity and accessibility.

Query Management:

• Aid in resolving partner and employee queries via the Manila team and COE, ensuring timely and effective communication.
