Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and implement benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance benefits offerings.
• Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
• Educate employees on benefits programs through presentations, meetings, and written communications.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Benefits Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working within the property or real estate sector is advantageous but not essential.
