The Opportunity
As a Benefits Advisor , you will play a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s global benefits strategy, ensuring high levels of employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a wide-ranging benefits portfolio that supports both employee and partner populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs across multiple global offices (including health, dental, life, disability, pensions, and wellbeing initiatives).
- Act as the first point of contact for benefit-related queries from employees, HRBPs, and external vendors.
- Support the annual benefits renewal process, including reviewing policies, coordinating broker relationships, and contributing to cost-control recommendations.
- Deliver benefit communications that improve employee awareness, understanding, and uptake of total reward offerings.
- Maintain and audit benefits data across HR and payroll systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Assist in benefits reporting and analytics to support internal stakeholders and RemCo-related activities.
- Liaise with international offices to coordinate local benefit policies and ensure consistency with the firm’s global reward strategy.
- Support new benefit implementations or process improvement projects, ensuring user-friendly and scalable outcomes.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, flagging issues and supporting risk mitigation.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a benefits-focused role, ideally within a professional services or corporate global environment.
- knowledge of UK benefits; international exposure highly desirable.
- Experience liaising with third-party benefit providers, brokers, and insurers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
