6-Month Fixed-Term Contract, Potential to Become Permanent, Hybrid working 2 days on site
This is a strategic HR leadership role where you’ll partner closely with executive and senior leadership teams, providing commercially focused people support across a large, complex organisation.
You’ll lead on organisational change, talent and succession planning, employee relations, and key people initiatives while supporting a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior and executive leaders on people strategy and business priorities.
- Lead complex employee relations and performance management cases.
- Manage and deliver cyclical HR processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management and annual people programmes.
- Oversee internal promotion and career progression processes.
- Use people data and insights to support business decision‑making.
- Line manage and develop members of the HR team.
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.
About You
- Experienced Senior HR Business Partner or HR leader with a strong strategic background.
- Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including complex case management.
- Experience working within a professional services or similarly complex environment is highly desirable.
- Commercial, data‑driven and confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
