I am delighted to work with an ambitious logistics group in Northampton to recruit a HRIS & Data Specialist to join a growing, agile HR team. In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of systems and data management for this business. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new HRIS and managing all respective data. As this is a newly created role, in a scale-up business a lot of the data management and manipulation will be on excel, therefore you need to be very confident and competent using excel and managing large data sets. You will build strong relationships across the business to understand business needs and put appropriate workflows in place. Due to the volume of change and transformation/process creation, you need to be comfortable taking accountability for project plans and timelines and operate independently in an environment with a level of ambiguity. You will work with supportive colleagues who all strive to create an empowering culture and provide a best-in-class service to employees. The HR team are passionate about creating an efficient and effective HR infrastructure that will set the business up for continued growth and success.
