My client a healthcare charity based in Southwest London are looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner will take the lead ER cases and workforce challenges, striving to deliver effective and timely solutions as well as developing action plans to support organisational development. Duties: Business Partnering with leadership teams and stakeholders to establish the business needs Advising and supporting managers in employee relations matters including complex absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance management. Taking part in meetings/hearings AND supporting the preparation of appropriate documentation in accordance with policies, employment law and best practice Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives, including transformation, organisational change and TUPE Drafting documentation relating to employment relations including reports, outcome letters, legal interpretation of documents and guidance for managers, internal and external communications Line management of a team of 2 Contribute to the research and development of new strategies and initiatives Contribute to the development, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and toolkits in accordance with employment law and best practice To carry out this role you must have: Experience of line management Demonstrable …
