You will manage a team responsible for service delivery across multiple jurisdictions globally, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring high standards of service to the business and leading on transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, while leading a talented and diverse team. Key Responsibilities: Daily management of the HR shared services/ HR operations team. Providing stability, managing performance, coaching and developing team members. Ensuring high-quality customer service and service delivery to the business, identify process improvements, leading on SSC related change and transformation. Monitoring service centre performance, analysing data, and reporting to senior leaders on trends, progress and solutions.
