The Technical Sales Engineer supports the Sales team by providing technical solutions throughout the sales process, from lead generation to order booking. They engage with customers through presentations and events, ensuring product offerings align with client needs and company standards. Responsibilities:
- Support Sales team technically in all phases from lead generation to order booking.
- Provide suitable technical solutions to customer requirements.
- Provide complete technical solutions for customer requirements.
- Present products and solutions to customers, operators in meetings, exhibitions, events, webinars.
- Keep up to date with customer and operator requirements by maintaining regular communications with key stakeholders.
- Understand and actively promote current and new products and solutions.
- Handle product demonstrations for all events.
- Liaise with Product Management team for product approval process as required.
- Act as the technical single point of contact for all customer enquiries, supporting Order Processing team for preparing the quotation.
- Confirm technical compliance of all quotations to meet customer requirements and Frauscher product requirements.
- Maintain documents and checklists for all project quotes.
