Wir entwickeln Verfahren, Technologien und Produkte und bringen diese seit mehr als 70 Jahren erfolgreich in die industrielle Umsetzung. Wir forschen an den Standorten Stuttgart, Leuna und Straubing und in enger Anbindung an zahlreiche Universitäten und Forschungseinrichtungen im In- und Ausland.

Was Sie bei uns tun

  • Molekular- und zellbiologische sowie virologische Analyse von rekombinanten Viren, insbesondere onkolytisches Herpes simplex virus Typ1.
  • DNA-Klonierung, Virusmutagenese und Einbringen von Fremdgenen mittels BAC-Technologie.
  • Qualitative und quantitative Überprüfung von Virusmutanten.
  • Analyse von Proteininteraktionen mit rekombinanten Proteinen.
  • Mikroskopie zur intrazellulären Lokalisierung von viralen und zellulären Proteinen.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Sie studieren Biologie oder ein verwandtes Fach und haben Interesse, Ihre Masterarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Forschungs- und Entwicklungsinstitut durchzuführen.
  • Voraussetzung: hervorragende Studienergebnisse und hohe Motivation sowie fundierte theoretische Kenntnisse der Molekularbiologie, Zellbiologie und Virologie.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit molekular- und zellbiologischen Methoden sind sehr wünschenswert.
