Was Sie bei uns tun
- Molekular- und zellbiologische sowie virologische Analyse von rekombinanten Viren, insbesondere onkolytisches Herpes simplex virus Typ1.
- DNA-Klonierung, Virusmutagenese und Einbringen von Fremdgenen mittels BAC-Technologie.
- Qualitative und quantitative Überprüfung von Virusmutanten.
- Analyse von Proteininteraktionen mit rekombinanten Proteinen.
- Mikroskopie zur intrazellulären Lokalisierung von viralen und zellulären Proteinen.
Was Sie mitbringen
- Sie studieren Biologie oder ein verwandtes Fach und haben Interesse, Ihre Masterarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Forschungs- und Entwicklungsinstitut durchzuführen.
- Voraussetzung: hervorragende Studienergebnisse und hohe Motivation sowie fundierte theoretische Kenntnisse der Molekularbiologie, Zellbiologie und Virologie.
- Praktische Erfahrung mit molekular- und zellbiologischen Methoden sind sehr wünschenswert.
