FRATO, an international luxury interiors and furniture brand born in Porto, Portugal, is looking for a highly motivated and polished Showroom Manager to oversee our showroom at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, London.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, understands the importance of detail, and knows how to create a personalised and memorable customer experience.

Role:

As the Showroom Manager, you will be the primary ambassador for FRATO at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, leading all showroom operations, managing the team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer journey within one of the most iconic retail settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, reflecting our brand\’s luxury positioning;
  • Assist with stock management and ordering;
  • Recruit, train, lead and inspire the in-store team to deliver a world-class luxury service by fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on teamwork and excellence;
  • Understanding and analysing sales figures, market trends, and using data to drive business decisions;
  • Ensure that the store achieves sales plan and profitability targets;
  • Implement store activities to generate consumer interest and drive sales;
  • Ensure perfect product presentation and compliance with brand visual standards;
  • Ensure compliance with all administrative, financial, and operational procedures, working closely with FRATO headquarters;
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with top clients, VIPs, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring a personalised luxury experience;
  • Manage client feedback, addressing concerns and ensuring seamless resolution to enhance satisfaction;
  • Coordinate annual showroom display renovation in conjunction with new product launches;
  • Arrange and host client meetings in-house or at client premises;
  • Attend trade shows and networking events such as Focus Week, Decorex, and London Design Week;
  • The role may occasionally require undertaking additional reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager. Flexibility and a team-oriented approach are essential, particularly in supporting colleagues during peak periods, staff absences or unforeseen circumstances.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail management (preferably within the Home Interiors and Design Industry);
  • Ideally, the candidate will have previous leadership experience in a showroom setting;
  • Elegant presentation, excellent communication, and high emotional intelligence;
  • Commercially driven, with a strong sense of style and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • Able to work independently while also leading and developing your team.
