Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, reflecting our brand's luxury positioning;
  • Assist with stock management and ordering;
  • Recruit, train, lead and inspire the in-store team to deliver a world-class luxury service by fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on teamwork and excellence;
  • Understanding and analysing sales figures, market trends, and using data to drive business decisions;
  • Ensure that the store achieves sales plan and profitability targets;

  • Manage client feedback, addressing concerns and ensuring seamless resolution to enhance satisfaction;
  • Coordinate annual showroom display renovation in conjunction with new product launches;
  • Arrange and host client meetings in-house or at client premises;
  • Attend trade shows and networking events such as Focus Week, Decorex, and London Design Week;
  • The role may occasionally require undertaking additional reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager. Flexibility and a team-oriented approach are essential, particularly in supporting colleagues during peak periods, staff absences or unforeseen circumstances.
