FRATO, an international luxury interiors and furniture brand born in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an exceptional Showroom Manager to lead our showroom at Harrods, London. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and understands how to deliver an elevated, highly personalised client experience within one of the world’s most prestigious department stores.
As Showroom Manager, you will be the brand ambassador for FRATO at Harrods, leading all showroom operations, managing the team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
- Lead all day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring flawless presentation aligned with FRATO’s luxury positioning;
- Oversee stock control and ordering processes;
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions;
- Ensure perfect product presentation and compliance with brand visual standards;
- Ensure compliance with all administrative, financial, and operational procedures, working closely with FRATO headquarters;
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with top clients, VIPs, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring a personalized luxury experience;
- Coordinate showroom updates and annual display renovations in line with product launches;
Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury retail management (ideally interiors, furniture or design-led brands); Previous experience within a leading department store (Harrods experience highly desirable); Fluent in English required; additional languages advantageous; Availability to work on weekends and in shifts.
