As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Operations Director to lead our multi-site warehousing and distribution operation, based at the Doncaster UK HQ.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Group Leadership Team in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our UK operations while ensuring alignment with the wider global business strategy.
The Opportunity As Operations Director, you will provide strategic leadership across three UK warehouse and distribution sites, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, compliance and profitability.
Leading an experienced management team, you will be responsible for developing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence, whilst supporting the ongoing growth and success of the UK business.

Drive improvements in productivity, service, inventory accuracy, quality and efficiency.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
