As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Operations Director to lead our multi-site warehousing and distribution operation, based at the Doncaster UK HQ. The Opportunity As Operations Director, you will provide strategic leadership across three UK warehouse and distribution sites, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, compliance and profitability. Leading an experienced management team, you will be responsible for developing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence, whilst supporting the ongoing growth and success of the UK business. Translate Group initiatives into successful operational delivery across all UK locations. Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence. Support business growth through effective capacity planning, scalability and resource management. Multi-Site Operations Provide leadership across three warehouse and distribution facilities. Ensure consistent operational standards, processes and performance across all sites. Drive improvements in productivity, service, inventory accuracy, quality and efficiency.
