The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of private client work such as wills & executries, trusts & estate administration, powers of attorney and inheritance tax. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE with a strong background in private client work.
  • Corporate & Commercial Team: A newly created position is now available in the Corporate & Commercial team at a well-known law firm in its Aberdeen office. This firm is currently in search of a Senior Solicitor or an Associate to advise SMEs, multinationals, entrepreneurs in various sectors such as Healthcare, Video Games, Tech, and more. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 1-year PQE and experience in corporate would be ideal.
  • Commercial Litigation Team: This leading Scottish Law Firm is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its Commercial Litigation Team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and can expect to play a key role in the growth of the business. Core tasks will include:
    • Advise clients on dispute resolution with a commercial approach.
    • Work with corporate, professional, and high net worth clients.
    • Handle complex issues with tight deadlines.
