    Our client, a Scottish firm, is seeking a qualified solicitor experienced in contentious construction to join its busy Glasgow team. The successful candidate can expect to handle a varied and interesting caseload of contentious construction matters, including providing advice to clients on contracts, construction disputes, and subrogated recoveries. You will also act on behalf of a variety of clients within the construction industry such as professional consultants, employers, contractors, and local authorities. To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor between 1-5 years’ PQE. Previous experience of construction and/or property law, construction insurance litigation or commercial construction is essential to this role.
  • Pensions Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 16297)
    Our client, an independent UK law firm, is currently recruiting a Pensions Solicitor to join its busy practice in Edinburgh. The team, the largest Pensions team in the UK, provides advice on all areas of pensions to clients across a range of sectors. The firm is keen to hear from candidates with at least 2 years’ PQE and a good understanding of pension law and corporate transactional experience. The successful candidate will provide advice on areas including, but not limited to, contentious pension matters and the management of pension issues and disputes. The firm’s Corporate Team is one of the largest in the Channel Islands and is known for its excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and possess a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with previous experience in corporate law, particularly funds. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in potentially moving to the Channel Islands.

The firm is keen to hear candidates at 1-6 years’ PQE level with a strong working knowledge of private client law and particularly, experience in a client-facing role. This role offers advancement opportunities for the right person that is also capable of additional responsibilities as the business expands. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model to ensure more work/life balance.
  • Corporate Lawyer – Highlands, Islands and Moray / Hybrid (Assignment 15725)
    This award-winning law firm currently has a new vacancy for a lawyer to join its Corporate Team; the firm operates a hybrid working basis and the post can be held in either Inverness or Elgin (or surrounding areas). The team is one of the largest in the country and covers a variety of complex corporate transactions including commercial contracts, M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. This is a mainly client-facing role and the team is keen to speak with lawyers at the 1-6 years PQE, ideally with previous experience of corporate transactions. The role would be suited to those with connections to the Highlands, Islands & Moray, however, this is not essential.
