A leading Scottish law firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join its Employment, Immigration and Pensions team in Edinburgh. The team is among the largest and most established in Scotland, acting for government departments, public sector bodies, and businesses of all sizes.
The role offers exposure to significant litigation from day one, including defending claims in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of government clients, while also advising a wide range of employers and employees on employment law matters. You will handle both contentious and non-contentious work, from tribunal advocacy and drafting witness statements to preparing employment contracts and policies.
The firm is committed to professional development, offering structured support and training through its specialist advocacy academies and a team of accredited employment law experts.
