Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s established Private Client team, advising on wills, trusts, executries, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax.
- Take on a senior private client role with minimum 6 years’ PQE, strong private client and managerial experience, handling complex and sensitive cases.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, strategic, and client relationship skills; role based in Aberdeen (Edinburgh or Glasgow considered).
- Join a leading Rural Business team advising on estates, farms, forestry, renewable energy, and agricultural holdings.
- Roles available at NQ–3 years’ PQE and 4+ years’ PQE, with progression opportunities and exposure to high-quality rural clients.
- Requires strong communication skills, sector interest, and the ability to manage transactions; senior role involves independent client delivery.
- Collaborate within the Corporate and Leveraged Finance Team on acquisition finance, corporate lending, and fintech transactions.
- Responsibilities include drafting/negotiating contracts, advising on finance deals, and collaborating with UK-wide teams.
