Our client, an international law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Planning Lawyer to join its highly regarded Real Estate and Planning team in Edinburgh. The team manages a variety of complex tasks across residential, commercial, infrastructure, environmental, and waste sectors, including contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 yearsβ PQE with post-admission experience in Planning matters, encompassing a diverse range of major projects within the Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. Experience in renewable energy and knowledge of Town and Country planning would be advantageous, as well as experience in planning and highway agreements.
This is a full-time position offering hybrid working options for work-life balance.
