  • Commercial Property Partner – Edinburgh (Assignment 15554)
    Lead and advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leasing, investment, and finance. Join a respected and friendly firm with the potential to work on English property transactions. Ideal for senior lawyers with 10+ years’ PQE and strong commercial property experience; following welcomed but not required.
  • Banking Legal Director/Partner – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16802)
    Head the Banking & Finance team, advising on transactions across sectors like energy, retail, and healthcare. Work across areas such as acquisition finance, corporate lending, and real estate finance. Requires 7+ years’ PQE and strong expertise in banking and finance law.
  • Private Client Partner – Aberdeen (Assignment 15652)
    Lead the Private Client team handling wills, executries, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax matters. Based in Aberdeen with flexibility for Edinburgh or Glasgow; manage sensitive and complex client cases. Must have 6+ years’ PQE, with leadership and private client experience preferred.
  • Legal Director/Partner, Contentious Construction – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 12024)
    Manage a wide caseload of construction disputes including adjudications, litigation, and arbitration. Represent a range of clients such as contractors, consultants, and local authorities. Requires 7+ years’ PQE in construction disputes and proven leadership in a client-facing role.
  • Corporate Partner – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16575)
    Lead the Corporate Team advising on M&A, private equity, restructuring, and capital reductions. Work with a team of specialists on complex corporate transactions across sectors. Requires 7+ years’ PQE in corporate law; a following is desirable but not essential.
  • Commercial Litigation Partner – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 13754)
    Handle high-value disputes for commercial and financial clients, including investment banking cases. Advise strategically on contentious matters across sectors, including financial services and property. Must have 6+ years’ PQE with solid experience in commercial or financial services litigation.
