Lead and advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leasing, investment, and finance. Join a respected and friendly firm with the potential to work on English property transactions. Ideal for senior lawyers with 10+ years’ PQE and strong commercial property experience; following welcomed but not required. - Banking Legal Director/Partner – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16802)
Head the Banking & Finance team, advising on transactions across sectors like energy, retail, and healthcare. Work across areas such as acquisition finance, corporate lending, and real estate finance. Requires 7+ years’ PQE and strong expertise in banking and finance law. - Private Client Partner – Aberdeen (Assignment 15652)
Lead the Private Client team handling wills, executries, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax matters.
