Our client, an award-winning law firm, is currently seeking experienced fee earners across Scotland to join its expanding Private Client Team. The team provides a wide array of services, such as wills and executry, support for adults with incapacity, wealth planning, and succession advice.
The roles will include managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients across a range of services, as well as working independently or alongside the partners on complex cases, as well as actively participating in business development.
The team is eager to speak with individuals who have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a private client focused role, ideally with experience in tax and trusts beyond basic knowledge. This will enable them to manage their workload, assist partners, and support junior team members. STEP, ATT, or CTA qualification (or in progress) is required.
