Our client is currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate to join its busy team. The role involves a wide range of high quality corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, investments and complex private equity deals. In addition to general mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate work, you are likely to be involved in advising on corporate structures and partnerships, cross border joint ventures and corporate reorganisations relative to groups of companies.
To be considered for this role you should have at least 4 years’ pqe and strong corporate/commercial experience. This role can be based in either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office, however this firm operates on a hybrid working policy.
