Our client, a highly regarded full-service Scottish law firm, is seeking a senior lawyer to join its Construction and Engineering team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team has built a strong reputation for excellence, supported by decades of experience in the sector.
This rewarding role involves working closely with both contentious and non-contentious Construction and Engineering lawyers, as well as colleagues in the wider dispute resolution team. You will advise public and private sector clients in the construction and engineering industry on a variety of disputes, utilising processes such as mediation, adjudication, litigation, and arbitration.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, a strong background in construction law, excellent client management skills, and the ability to handle complex legal issues in both advisory and contentious contexts.
