Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Commercial Property Team in Edinburgh or Dundee. You will be involved in all aspects of commercial property and will carry out commercial purchases and sales, development land purchases, site assembly, preparation of Deeds of Conditions, and options and licence agreements.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates with at least 5 years’ PQE and have strong commercial property experience. A competitive salary is on offer and the role can be fully remote.
