This highly regarded Commercial Dispute Resolution Team is currently recruiting an Associate to join its Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This is a large team that advises on a wide range of high-profile cases across the country.
You will have a varied caseload and advise on contentious commercial disputes, including:
- Contract litigation
- Banking and financial services litigation
- Professional negligence
- Property litigation
- Contentious private client matters
- Construction and engineering disputes
- Intellectual property (IP) matters
The team is keen to hear from candidates with 4 or more years’ PQE who have previous commercial dispute resolution experience. More junior candidates with a strong interest in developing their career in this area will also be considered.
