Our client, a dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The firm’s corporate team is highly experienced, advising a broad range of clients across Scotland and beyond, with sector expertise spanning hospitality, energy, real estate, healthcare, technology, and more.
You will take a lead role in managing complex matters, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth and development of junior colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least seven years’ post-qualification experience, up to Legal Director level, ideally with a strong track record in corporate transactions, M&A, and private equity.
