A leading global law firm is looking to grow its specialist immigration team with the addition of a lawyer with 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience. Based in Edinburgh, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative team that is part of one of the largest employment and labour practices in the world.
This role offers exposure to a broad mix of business immigration work, including sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes, right to work advice, compliance, and strategic immigration planning. You’ll work with major clients across a variety of sectors including education, technology, financial services, and energy, advising on complex matters and helping shape the future of immigration services within a full-service global practice.
You will be involved in both domestic and cross-border matters, working alongside partners and leading on client relationships. The team values proactive, commercially minded lawyers who are confident managing a busy workload, supporting junior colleagues, and delivering exceptional client service.
