Our client, a leading offshore professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join its Funds Team in Jersey. This role offers a collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth. You will provide expert legal advice, manage transactions, and maintain strong client relationships.
As a senior fee earner, you’ll handle complex matters independently, draft documents, and mentor junior colleagues. Responsibilities will include:
- Business development
- Preparing proposals
- Meeting financial targets
- Staying current with legal and regulatory changes
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE, strong academic credentials, and proven expertise in funds or related areas. Excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and client relationship management are essential. Familiarity with relevant technology and a proactive approach is also desirable.
