We are currently working on a role with our client, a long-established legal practice based in Perth. The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team. The principal areas of work are residential purchase, sale, and transfer.
The office is based in Perth; however, the firm’s hybrid working approach allows for home working to ensure flexibility and work/life balance. The team is seeking qualified solicitors, ideally with previous experience in residential conveyancing, but are also open to candidates with a genuine interest and enthusiasm for law and an interest in professional development.
You can expect to be involved in all aspects of residential conveyancing including house sales, security documentation, house purchases, and re-mortgages. You will take on cases on the instructions of the partner, conduct all necessary conveyancing formalities, meet with clients, and ensure to keep clients informed of progress at all times.
