An established law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team in Dundee. While the role is primarily office-based, there may be limited opportunities for hybrid working depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be newly qualified or have up to four years’ PQE and will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, while delivering a high-quality service to clients.
You will be expected to manage transactions efficiently, maintain accurate time and fee records, and contribute to the growth of the department through business development and networking. Staying up to date with legal developments and supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives will also form part of the role.
