We are delighted to be working on an exciting Real Estate role with our client, Dickson Minto, a prominent Law Firm specialising in corporate transactions and complex commercial advice. Due to the firm’s continued growth, the Real Estate Team in Edinburgh is expanding. Dickson Minto is known for handling high-profile corporate law matters, particularly mergers, acquisitions, and private equity.
The firm has a select client base and a strong reputation for expertise in major transactions. The primary focus of this role is to provide professional legal advice on a range of commercial real estate matters, including development, investment, asset management, property finance, and collaboration with the Corporate Team on M&A and private equity deals.
The team welcomes candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. Although dual qualification in Scots and English law is preferred, the team will consider applications from candidates qualified in just one jurisdiction. The firm also offers hybrid working options, with junior lawyers expected to be in the office more frequently.
