• Residential Property – Glasgow (Assignment 17627)
  Our client, an established legal firm, is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team in Glasgow. The team offers expert-led property services and is strongly committed to delivering reliable, high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload involving a variety of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, new builds, transfers of title, and re-mortgages. Daily responsibilities will include progressing transactions through to completion and maintaining strong client relationships. There is also an opportunity to contribute to the leadership and support of junior team members. Applicants should be qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, along with a proven ability to handle transactions independently from start to finish. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to take on responsibility within an ambitious and client-focused practice. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role (with no remote working), offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
• Conveyancer– Saltcoats (Assignment 17603)
  A well-established legal firm based in North Ayrshire is currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. This full-service law firm offers a comprehensive range of legal services to both individuals and businesses, with expertise covering everything from wills, estates, and family law to conveyancing, corporate matters, and criminal defence. Ideally, candidates will have around two years’ PQE; however, applications from newly qualified solicitors with strong conveyancing experience will also be considered.   Our client, a well-established Law Firm, is seeking a conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly, medium-sized team based in Stirling. Specialising in agricultural and rural property law, the firm provides practical legal advice, succession planning, and dedicated farm buyer-seller services. Applications are welcomed from all experience levels — whether you’re a newly qualified Solicitor or an experienced professional. The workload primarily involves general conveyancing, including residential, commercial, rural, and executry cases. Candidates with a broad conveyancing background and a proactive mindset will be highly regarded. This role offers a dynamic and motivating work environment, with flexible options for hybrid working.
• Conveyancer – Paisley (Assignment 17446)
  This long-standing legal practice is currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy team in Paisley. The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to five years’ PQE and will have a solid background in residential conveyancing. Any additional experience in commercial conveyancing would be advantageous. A working knowledge of private client matters, such as drafting wills and powers of attorney, is also expected. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, supported by a dedicated administrative team. Strong time-management and organisational skills are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Paisley office, though hybrid or flexible working arrangements may be considered. • Private Client – Stirling (Assignment 17328)
  Our client, a well-established legal practice in Stirling, is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Private Client department. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration to take on a varied and rewarding role, supporting senior solicitors, and managing their own caseload. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year PQE, with prior experience in a private client team and confidence in handling estate administration, client care, and legal drafting. The firm is looking for a candidate who ideally has around 2 years of PQE, although all levels of PQE are considered.
