Requires a qualified Scots lawyer (NQ+) with litigation experience; social security law knowledge desirable. - Large Loss/Catastrophic Injury Claims – Glasgow (Assignment 17824)
Join a top Scottish firm’s Complex Injury Claims Team managing catastrophic and high-value personal injury cases (£1m+). Advise insurer clients on indemnity, liability, and quantum; contribute to strategy, settlement, and mentoring juniors. Requires 5+ years’ PQE in complex/multi-track litigation; offers strong benefits and hybrid working. - Senior Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution / Risk, Government & Compliance – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 17816)
