A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading UK law firm, seeking a talented LD/Junior Partner to join its Commercial (IP/IT) team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The Commercial Group covers six key practice areas: Tech and IT, Complex Contracts, IP, Privacy and Data, Energy and Infrastructure, and Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance, specialising in sectors such as Automotive, Tech, Financial Services, Energy, Retail, Consumer, FMCG, and Life Sciences.
You will work with high-profile clients, including global brands and FTSE 100 and 250 companies, handling a wide range of complex matters across various areas. A significant portion of the work has an international scope, and you will support clients with both routine overflow tasks and major projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ PQE with experience in IP, IT, or commercial law, and a proven track record in managing clients and driving business development.
You will be responsible for leading and advising on commercial, IP, and IT-related matters while also contributing to the firm’s growth and expanding its presence in the sector.
