They are seeking a commercial property lawyer (2-7 years’ pqe) to join its Glasgow team. The team specialises in all aspects of property law in Scotland, dealing with acquisitions and disposals of all sizes, from the smallest industrial unit to the largest single phase retail development built in Scotland. They act for landlords and tenants in commercial leasing and can provide support where portfolios have a cross-border element.
The role will involve:

Licensing Lawyer
This is a unique role for a licensing lawyer. They are open to considering candidates from 1 – 6 years’ pqe with licensing experience; litigation or commercial property experience would also be beneficial. Their portfolio spans all market sectors, including pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and supermarket chains.
