This Glasgow Law Firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team on a full-time basis. The purpose of the role is to manage a broad caseload of diverse civil litigation matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of dispute cases including:

  • Contract disputes
  • Commercial landlord & tenants
  • Professional negligence
  • Property disputes

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in some criminal defence work. The team welcomes applications from candidates with a minimum of two years’ PQE and a strong background in general litigation. Experience handling highly sensitive and complex matters is desirable. Exposure to the Sheriff Court and/or First Tier Tribunals is desirable.
