Our client, an independent UK law firm, is currently recruiting an Associate to join its Corporate M&A team in Edinburgh. The team represent a diverse clientele, handling a wide range of complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and equity capital market deals, both in the UK and internationally.
You will advise a variety of clients, including multi-national corporates, financial institutions, early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
