We are currently working on this interesting role with our client, an independent Scottish Law Firm with clients both in the UK and internationally. The firm is seeking to recruit an additional Lawyer to join its Energy Team. This position offers flexibility in location, with the post based in Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh.
The primary objective of this role is to work closely with the broader energy team, offering corporate support to our clients and helping them navigate a changing legal environment. You can expect to be involved in a variety of areas including M&A, joint ventures, private equity and renewable energy projects.
To be considered for this role, you will have between 4-8 years’ PQE with strong corporate experience as well as experience within the renewable energy sector. This is a great opportunity to join a leading team within a growing firm.
