A well-regarded Scottish Highland law firm is currently recruiting a Rural Land Solicitor to join its busy Rural Land Department, with the option to be based in either its Inverness or Portree offices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients on matters including crofting law, Scottish estates, large rural properties, and forestry land.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with experience in crofting law being highly desirable. Additional experience in general chamber work or Land Court matters would be an advantage but is not essential. Most importantly, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the region and the communities the firm serves.
