A leading Ayrshire-based law firm is currently recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team in South Ayrshire. The firm offers a wide range of legal services, including private client work, family law, and conveyancing.
The firm welcomes applications from newly qualified candidates as well as those with additional PQE, who have experience handling a variety of residential property transactions, including property transfers, leases, title searches, and drafting and reviewing contracts. You will manage a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice and ensuring a smooth process for clients.
