Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Glasgow. The position involves managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will handle all aspects of conveyancing, including purchases, sales, title transfers, refinancing, title examination, and drafting.
Strong technical knowledge and an understanding of compliance requirements are essential. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years’ PQE and demonstrate excellent client care skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach are key.
You should be confident in managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear and empathetic communication with clients. The successful applicant will join a supportive and dynamic team with access to first-rate IT systems and paralegal assistance.
