This firm is currently recruiting an experienced solicitor for its residential conveyancing team, based in Dunfermline. Applications are invited from experienced conveyancing solicitors with 5 years’ + PQE to play a key, senior level role in the team with a view to taking over the partnership role in the near future.
This is a high-volume conveyancing department and the successful candidate would have the knowledge and skills to progress work through to completion. The role would suit someone with extensive experience in residential conveyancing already working at a senior level or with the ambition to move to partnership level. Experience in commercial leasing, sales and purchases, and transfer of title would also be ideal.
The firm can offer a competitive salary, workplace pension and fee related bonuses. This is an office-based role.
