Our client requires an experienced Solicitor to join its firm in Dundee. The principal areas of work are residential purchase, sale and transfer. The ideal candidate will be at least 3 years’ PQE with excellent client care skills. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Take on cases on the instructions of the HOD/ Partner
- Take calls from clients and third parties
- Meet with clients
- Conduct all necessary conveyancing formalities
- Take all opportunities to offer our clients other services provided by the firm including mortgages, wills, etc.
- Carry out other duties as required by Partners from time to time
- Advise clients and keep them informed of progress
