Our client, a leading Law Firm headquartered in Scotland, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Real Estate Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
This role offers a varied caseload, with a particular focus on telecoms-related property work, including portfolio management and acquisitions for telecoms clients. Additional responsibilities will include property investment transactions, commercial leasing, and property finance work—typically acting for lenders.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years’ PQE, with experience in telecoms property transactions and the ability to manage deals independently from start to finish, however, candidates with general property experience will also be considered. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role involves managing high volumes of work to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit, supportive team with access to expertise across a broad range of property and litigation matters. The team operates a hybrid working policy to support a healthy work/life balance.
