An opportunity has arisen for an experienced real estate lawyer to join a prominent national team focused on residential development. Based in any of the firm’s regional offices, the role will suit a Senior or Principal Associate with at least six years’ post-qualification experience.
You will be working closely with high-profile developers – including listed national housebuilders – on complex and rewarding projects supporting the UK’s housing targets. The position involves leading on land acquisitions and strategic development work, while also mentoring junior team members and supporting senior colleagues in maintaining and growing key client relationships.
This role calls for someone with strong technical skills, commercial insight, and hands-on experience handling site acquisitions for residential development – ideally with national or regional developers.
