We are currently working on this fantastic real estate opportunity within a successful team that offers great prospects! The team is recruiting a solicitor at the Senior Associate/Partner level. This role involves a broad range of real estate work and the opportunity to be involved in renewables. The team carries out a wide range of real estate work with particular emphasis on the following sectors: development and investment; landlord and tenant; leisure and retail; clean energy; banking and finance. You will deal with all aspects of Real Estate, and the property aspects of Real Estate Finance, transactions, acting for landlords, tenants (often national retailers), developers, banks, charities and a variety of other business clients.
